Dealer Information
The 2025 show will again be at the Bradenton Area Convention Center, 1 Haben Blvd., Palmetto, FL. Show times will be 10 AM to 4 PM Saturday, 2/15/25, and 10 AM to 3 PM Sunday, 2/16/25.
Setup times will be 12 NOON to 7 PM Friday, 2/14/25; 7 AM to 10 AM Saturday, 2/15/25, and 8 AM to 10 AM Sunday, 2/16/25.
You will NOT be able to unload your vehicles inside the hall for this show this year. When you arrive, as a courtesy to others, please unload and move your vehicle at the garage door as quickly as possible. We will try to have carts available for you to use. After unloading do not leave your vehicle near any doors into the building–park it in the parking spaces of the west and south lots. Do not park to the north of the building. During the public show, any vehicles not parked in marked parking spaces are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. Dealers must wear the show arm band to come and go from the show. All vendors must keep your tables open from 10 am to 4 pm Saturday and 10 am to 3 pm Sunday.

Tables at this show are $65.00 each before 2/1/ 25, and $75.00 after 2/2/25 . Chairs are $7.00 each. Electrical drops are $85.00 (for 2 days) each. Two name badges are provided to each vendor. Additional name badges are $10.00 each.
